Omni 1:26

I am crazy about this scripture. The language is so beautiful, and it really lays it out for us. Amaleki states things so plainly for us to see. He gives us the formula for salvation and deliverance.

 26 And now, my beloved brethren, I would that ye should come unto Christ, who is the Holy One of Israel, and partake of his salvation, and the power of his redemption. Yea, come unto him, and offer your whole souls as an offering unto him, and continue in fasting and praying, and endure to the end; and as the Lord liveth ye will be saved.

We are told to come unto Christ; to offer up our whole souls, fast, pray, and endure to the end.
Then, and only then can we be saved.
This verse gives me confidence. It's like a little reminder that Christ's promise of salvation and deliverance is very much a real and accessible thing. He asks so little of us, and promises so much. We are so blessed.
